S F Fashion is a young fashion and Apparel Company which is established in 2014. It is located in the industrial area of Dhaka, Bangladesh and manufactures good quality garments for the export and domestic sector. We have in-house capacity for Knit and Woven products. It is committed to keep the client at competitive edge by consistently providing superior value and competitive pricing.

We do all types of cut and sew products across all categories: Men’s wear, Women’s wear and Kids wear casual clothing. Value additions like placement prints, hand work and embroidery work are well within our capability. Our trained machinists specialize in manufacturing Knit and woven garments. We are well able to source all types of fabrics from the industry. Production Capacity: 2,50,000 units per month.

Cutting Section
Cutting is carried out by our modern cutting machine with an expert cutting master. The main aim of this section is to carryout operation as per the spec sheet supplied by our buyer with economy and cost cutting measures. Reduction of wastage without compromising the quality is their main objective
Sewing Section
Brilliant sewing capability and individual workmanships is the main characteristics of this section. We employed experienced operators and expert supervisors to complete this task. Maintaining finished and refined sewing together with sophisticated garments corner and fusing effort is their main objective.
Process Control
Our process control supervisors always in the floor to check any eventualities during sewing operation. Their main aim is to keep the production on frequent check so that any mishaps could not be spread over to the whole shipment
Finishing Section
Expert quality control operator, supervisor and officers are involved to check the quality of produced garments. Compromised with the quality is never been accepted here. Moreover, the item should be as per the sample presented by our esteemed buyer.
Packing and Delivery
We carryout poly packing in such a way that the garments is free from any eventualities. Again the cartoon is packed as per the direction given by the buyer. Cartoon to be labeled and tapped so that garments are not humiliated due to natural weather or any other natural calamities.
Printing Section
We have our in-house printing section. Here we can print all kinds of print on the knitting and woven garments.
Legal Compliance
Our factory is in operation basing on the rules and regulations of our Government and Instructions circulated by our Bangladesh Garments Manufacturer and Exporter Association ( BGMEA ). We also maintained the international rule on garments productions. The major legal Compliances are:
- We are in possession all kinds of documents related to garments manufacture and export.
- We restrict recruiting employees under the 18 years of age.
- Fire fighting equipments are available in the factory and license is obtained there to.
- Salary is paid as per the regulation of the Local Government and also paid 07th of each month.
- We provide health and safety support to our employee.
- Pure drinking water and comfortable environment are provided to the floor.
- Maternity leave with pay are provided as per Bangladesh labor rule – 2006.
- Working period lasts 8 hours daily.
- Forced employments are forbidden in our factory.
- Adequate ventilations are provided in the floor.
- Overtime is paid as per the labor law of the country.
- Festival allowance is provided twice in a year.
- Labor law of the country is always enforced in our organization.
